Cancellation Policy

If you find yourself unable to attend an event, please do your best to alert us as soon as possible. USD 25 processing fee will be deducted for all cancellations on or before 1 week from program date. 100% of the total program fee paid will be deducted for cancellation within one week of the program date and on the day of the program . Our class capacity is limited, thus if a cancellation is necessary, please inform us as early as possible so that we can offer this opportunity to someone on our waiting list. Refund processing time is 3-4 weeks.
